In the USA and Canada; Items may not be exchanged, returned or refunded. If there is an issue with your order, please send me an email so I may assist you with your concern. I will gladly send you a replacement if your order is not as expected. An uploaded emailed photo will be required to show proof of inaccuracies. Product concerns are taken seriously, just send an email and reason for your concerns.

In the UK and other countries: Buyers will have a 14 day return window after item has been received. Items must be in their original condition and all packaged items must be included in return.  Buyer pays shipping.
